Workspaces land in NoteLace (v0.2.0)

Notes, notebooks, tags, and views are now scoped to a workspace, with a thin rail down the left to switch between them (⌘⌥1–9). It keeps work, side projects, and the personal pile from bleeding into each other — the activity-bar idea from Slack and VS Code, applied to notes.
