Zephy Budget is a budgeting app that doesn’t connect to your bank. You enter what you spend — or scan a receipt and let it read the total — across weekly, monthly, and savings categories, with income and account tracking you can switch on only if you want them. Everything exports to plain CSV, and signed-in devices sync through the cloud with proper conflict handling. Manual-first, on purpose: the point is to actually look at your money, not glance at a dashboard that did the thinking for you.
