The planner went native, and the paywall line got honest

Threw out the React Native scaffold and rebuilt in SwiftUI — a planner has to feel great or nobody sticks with it, and going native is the shortest path there. Same day I drew the line: free is a real daily list — dump, check off, roll over — and Pro is the actual planner, with the timeline, calendar sync, and the AI. Parsing your brain-dump runs on-device with Apple Intelligence; the re-planning that’s the entire point runs on Claude. The cheap part is free; the hard part pays for itself.
